Local community:

Post Natal discussions

Supporting local families, particularly new mothers, in the early weeks of parenting is an important part of the early post partum period. Understanding the physical changes that occur after childbirth can be challenging and confronting.  Inner Control Physiotherapy regularly volunteers it's services to parent groups in the local area, providing informal information  sessions.

Oxfam Trailwalker

Picture

In April 2015, Donna (along with her husband and two equally common sense challenged friends) completed the Oxfam 100km trail walker event in the Dandenongs. The distance was completed in 18 hours by running, walking and not stopping too much.

Oxfam is a world-wide development organisation that mobilises the power of people against poverty. It was deeply satisfying to raise over $8000 for families in need, thanks to the support of Inner Control Physiotherapy patients, friends and our fabulous local community.
